Z-One Hub is located in the center of Lviv in a quiet zone with easy parking on the street and at the same time close to the majority of public transport spots. What about curfew in Lviv?
Unfortunately, we, like all of Ukraine, are forced to follow certain rules for our safety. The curfew in Lviv is from 00:00 to 05:00 – during this time it is forbidden to move through the streets of the city, taxi services also do not work. Our recommendation is to always have ID documents with you
When’s the check-in? How about the check-out?
3 pm check-in. 11 am check-out.
Just in case – we have a luggage storage where you can leave your stuff after check-out or before check-in.
How do I pay?
We accept cash in UAH and payment cards. You can also pay the invoice before your arrival. Payment must pass at least one day before your arrival.
Can I bring visitors? What if they stay overnight?
We are very friendly with all guests and welcome them, but visitors can stay from 10:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m. If your friends prefer to stay overnight, we must charge an additional fee.
We are traveling with a dog, can we?
We love animals very much, so we will be happy to meet your pets! The cost of accommodation with a pet is UAH 500 (we provide pillows and water bowls for pets).
Do you have towels? What do you give extra?
We have everything for you. Towels, soap, hair dryer, washing machine and dryer, irons. We also have a large list of kitchen utensils for you to cook as confortable as possible. What we do not offer for free, we have for sale.
Do you guarantee safe storage of valuable things?
The safe costs 50 UAH per day for rent. You can also store your stuff in our luggage storage room.
What about my Rolls Royce?
Lviv is a beautiful European city with lots of beautiful streets and parking lots. On our street there is a public parking, nearby there are paid parking lots (we cannot guarantee availability), cost: 15 UAH / hour from 08:00 to 20:00, parking on weekends – free. Therefore, in any case, you will find a place for your car.
Do you serve any food? Breakfast?
Next to the reception there is a cozy cafe where you can have a delicious breakfast from 09:00 to 12:00. Our breakfast menu: cottage cheese pancakes with sour cream or jam, crepes with cheese and raspberries, cottage cheese pancakes with greens, crepes with chicken, crepes with spinach and feta, crepes with chicken and pineapple, patmeal ; The price of breakfast includes tea / coffee / juice. Price per one breakfast – 150 UAH.

Yes, we can! We have three high-speed Wi-Fi networks, all of which are quite fast and easy to use.
Do you speak English?
We speak English well.

Where can I exchange money?
On Skoryka str. there are banks: Raiffeisen is the closest, 30 m away from the hub, as well as the Globus Bank, PUMB. All banks have currency exchange, you only need to present a proof of your identity. There are also many exchangers on the nearby streets, it’s not a problem 😉
I like to eat a lot. Is there a grocery store nearby?
Yes, it is, only 20 meters from the hub is a supermarket “Rukavychka”. The choice of products, we hope, will be sufficient.
If I travel with a big company, how can you place us?
Of course! We have 2/4/6-bed apartments with bathroom, kitchen and appliances. Everything for your comfortable stay! In total, we can accommodate 64 people, if you have an even bigger company – we will come up with something 😉
Why in the rooms there is no bottles of water but there are two drainers?
Each room, as well as the cafe’s kitchen, has filters that allow you to drink water. The water quality is high, such water can be given to children. Enjoy drinking!
Do you have daily room cleaning? How often do you replace linen and towels?
Usually we clean rooms once per 2-3 days: towel change and garbage handling, linen replacement once per 7 days. For additional cleaning ask receptionist, at your request we will replace linen and towels.
What is a romantic service?
A romantic package, or a romantic service is created for just married, however, it can be ordered if you suddenly feel like you are in love again. We propose to decorate your evening with candles, champagne, fruit and flower petals. To order, please contact the administrators.
